Flexible packaging refers to a package in which the shape of the container can be changed after filling or removing the contents. Various bags, boxes, sleeves, envelopes, and the like made of plastic film, paper, aluminum foil, fibers, and composites thereof are all flexible packages.
A sheet-like plastic having a thickness of 0.25 mm or less is generally referred to as a film. The cellophane bags, plastic film bags, plastic composite film bags, plastic woven bags, and plastic woven composite bags are collectively referred to as plastic flexible packaging.
